  • Injury Information: whether you have an injury (e.g. ACL, MCL, patellar), whether you’ve had surgery, and approximate dates.

  • Onboarding Responses: your fitness goals and selected program.

This data helps personalise your experience and adjust exercise recommendations. It is not reviewed or interpreted by medical professionals.

3.2. Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect basic technical and usage data, such as:

  • Device type, operating system, and app version;

  • App interactions (e.g. workouts completed, screens viewed, session duration);

  • Country or region (non-precise location);

  • Error logs and crash reports.​

This data is used in aggregate form for performance monitoring and to help us improve the App.

3.3. Optional Health and Fitness Data

If you choose to connect Apple Health or Google Fit, we may read basic fitness metrics such as active energy, steps, or weight.

This connection is optional and controlled entirely by your device permissions. We never write, modify, or share data back to those platforms.

5. How We Store and Protect Your Information

We store user data securely using encrypted systems and restricted access protocols.

Most data is stored within Firebase, a secure service operated by Google, which complies with major international privacy and security standards.

  • Anonymise or delete information that is no longer required.
